We worked with Michael to buy a home. We first met him a year before we were ready to purchase, and that first year he was patient and responsive to our questions. When we decided we were ready to start looking in earnest, he used his knowledge of the area and his life experience to help us filter down to the homes that were a good match for us as a family. Finally, when we started to make offers, he used his expert negotiating skills and trusted relationships with multiple sellers’ agents to quickly arrive at a fair price (or know when to move on, because we weren’t going to get one).

Many realtors will boast of being "the best" when they are asking for your business, Michael Bilicki won my confidence early and then proceeded to earn the title "best realtor I have ever worked with"! I am no stranger to real estate transactions having bought my first property 50 years ago, so whenever I called Michael to ask about certain aspects of the sale, he was always a step ahead of me, aimed in the right direction. He is highly pro-active and informative every step of the way. Michael called/texted/emailed me far more than I expected. The sale and all of it's twists and turns were no mystery to me because I was always completely informed. As a closing comment, the real estate agent that represented the buyer of our home we sold through Michael, is a very aggressive, over-bearing, and intimidating person who tried to get an upper (and unfair) hand on us through Escrow. Michael caught the tricky verbiage that she used in her counter-offer and polity and professionally refused to subject his client to that risk factor....she was furious that she was unsuccessful. Mike was a dream to work with. He was so patient with me and communicated the ever changing market conditions often. He handled everything for me from beginning to end so I could focus on other things. Communication was regular so I never had to wonder what was happening and where we were in the process. I would use Mike for all home needs.

We were first time homebuyers and new to SD area. Michael helped us through everything, kept us well informed, and made sure we were always prepared what was next. He was always available to tour houses with us and answer questions over the phone. He was also expert at coordinating with various parties to the keep the process moving at full speed. I am overwhelmed by the process of trying to decide which realtor to hire because there are so many out there. Having a knowledgeable and responsible one that knows the trends, your homes value, how and when to list your property and most of all, the negotiating process are the most important things and qualities a realtor should have, especially if you want to sell your home. The paperwork process is also tedious and Mike has that covered to.

Michael has all of the above and more. Most importantly, which you can't teach.... he is patient! We listed and re-listed our home 3 separate times in 3 months because we were so uncertain about selling. Michael was patient and never once made us feel bad or was angry with our indecisiveness. Not only did we sell our house we got far more than expected and the entire process went seamless from beginning to end. His partner Julie Han was excellent too.
